Groovin on a Sunday Afternoon: Weekend event guide for 8.18.13

Head out to FETE PARADISIO! Its the 1st ever traveling festival of restored Parisian carnival rides. From now until the last weekend in September,  you can head over to Governors Island and be taken back to days of old with these magical creations.  Admission is FREE and ride tickets are just $3 each.
